Recognizing the importance that sports and athleticism can have for the emotional, mental and social well-being of youth and adults alike, the concept of Iron Hills Training and Recovery was born. Exercise and physical movement helps to increase levels of serotonin, dopamine and norepinephrine in the brain, improving and regulating neurotransmitter levels, ultimately improving mental wellness and reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression.  An important part of participating in sports and activities also includes strength training and increasing endurance.

Iron Hills Training & Recovery helps those who are looking to improve their overall wellness through traditional workouts, with traditional equipment. We do this through a philosophy of individualized self-improvement. What you won't find is the sparkle of a commercial gym, but the personal touch and care of small business owners who celebrate your successes and will help you focus on you and your family's personal fitness and athletic goals.  Whether that is for the next tournament or competition, or simply improving your overall fitness level.
